6. Kids Activity Zone

Participation in the Kids Activity Zone requires a valid activity zone pass and a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. Eden Gardens is not liable for injuries sustained during activity zone participation. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

We collect personal information necessary to process your orders and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
